Conceived by boutique architecture firm Miles / Thorp Architects and brought to life by Shelter Arc Build, this stripped-back commercial space inside the heritage-listed Byron Butter Factory features a minimal, raw aesthetic designed to echo the organic and biodynamic ethos of Luna Wine Store.

Inside the industrial envelope are polished concrete floors, exposed original overhead fire services, and suspended linear lighting elements. The core of the layout relies on a single, continuous prefabricated timber and metal bench, while local Spotted Gum plywood injects warmth against the brutalist backdrop.
